About The Position

WonderWorks Branson is seeking Food & Beverage Attendants to create a welcoming dining experience for guests. Attendants greet and engage with guests in the café, take orders at the register, and prepare and fulfill orders in a friendly and efficient manner in a high-volume environment. The role also involves stocking food and beverages, maintaining clean tables and seating areas, and keeping the condiment area stocked. Regular attendance is required. The listed responsibilities describe the general nature of the work and are not exhaustive.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Observational skills to ensure safe practices and recognize guest needs.
• Basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change.
• Ability to stand or walk throughout the work area for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, holidays, and weather conditions.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Regular attendance is required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous themed entertainment and restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Positively welcome, greet, and engage with all guests in the café area.
• Take and prepare guest orders in a high-volume environment.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process guest orders.
• Stock food and beverages according to FIFO methods and health code.
• Keep tables and seating areas clean and the condiment area stocked.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
