Seasonal Holiday Food & Beverage Attendant
About The Position
This role involves spreading holiday cheer in a fast-paced environment as part of the Four Seasons' Festive Celebrations team. The position reports to the Food & Beverage Management team and requires flexibility with scheduling, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings. The seasonal role is expected to end in mid-January, with potential opportunities to continue employment with Four Seasons Silicon Valley. Responsibilities include assisting servers in clearing and resetting tables, providing an enjoyable dining experience according to Four Seasons standards, performing side work such as polishing silverware and refilling condiment containers, preparing drinks, and the ability to work in cold weather and outdoors. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America - work authorization document
- Standing and walking all throughout shift
- This position requires an applicant with general food knowledge.
- Candidates must have good personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Must be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Ability to carry and balance a tray
Responsibilities
- Spread holiday cheer in a fast pace environment
- Assigned stations are subject to change daily
- Assists the Server in clearing and resetting the tables according to the restaurant standards
- Assists the Server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
- Performs side work such as polishing silverware, refilling the condiment containers and crumbing the tables as needed
- Prepare drinks
- Ability to work in cold weather and outdoor
- Other duties as assigned
