About The Position

The Food and Beverage Supervisor leads and supports the front-of-house and coffee shop teams to provide outstanding guest service. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless, efficient, and memorable dining experiences while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality. Duties include supervising and training staff, coordinating guest services and events, managing daily operations and cash handling, and addressing guest concerns. A background check must be completed successfully before employment.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a cashier, two years of experience as a server, and one year in direct sales or retail; or an equivalent combination of experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team.
• Excellent guest service and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling, coordinating, and managing daily operations.
• Attention to detail in cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Successful completion of a background check prior to employment.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food and beverage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support front-of-house and coffee shop teams to provide prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Schedule dining reservations, coordinate special events, and arrange services for parties or groups.
• Greet guests, escort them to tables, provide menus, and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Address and resolve guest complaints effectively and professionally.
• Assign work tasks and oversee associates’ daily activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Inspect serving stations for neatness, cleanliness, and readiness; requisition supplies as needed.
• Assist in planning menus, preparing beverages, and expediting food orders when necessary.
• Handle cash responsibilities, including collecting payments, verifying receipts, and balancing registers.
• Reward and recognize team members who use empowerment to meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
