About The Position

The Food and Beverage Outlet Manager leads and develops team members while managing restaurant operations, inventory, quality, safety, payroll, and scheduling. The role is responsible for meeting financial and profitability goals, maintaining high standards of hospitality, driving sales, and implementing company policies and strategies to support compliance with local and state health and safety codes. The manager also promotes the restaurant and property in the community.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of food and beverage management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of Shack operations.
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members.
• Strong leadership skills focused on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Knowledge of all financial aspects of business operations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with profit and loss statements (P&Ls).
• Food handler certification.
