About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Premium Club Food & Beverage Expeditors at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. The role focuses on quickly expediting food and beverage orders for Premium Club seats and communicating closely with the kitchen to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly. Expeditors also coordinate with inseat runners, answer guest questions about menu items, and maintain an organized and clean workspace.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Ability to perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties as outlined by management.
Ability to stand and walk constantly for the entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of experience or training as an expeditor in a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume.
Basic knowledge of beers, wines, and cocktails.

Responsibilities

Attend pre-shift briefings and note relevant information about service scheduling, organization, food and beverages, and guest notes.
Fulfill food and beverage orders as quickly as possible.
Communicate with the kitchen and inseat runners about orders and products needed.
Answer guest questions about menu items.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparations, including identifying items and ingredients by appearance.
Communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and management.
Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties as outlined by management.
Maintain workspace cleanliness and organization at all times.
