About The Position

Midtown is seeking a friendly, driven Food and Beverage Associate to help deliver a strong restaurant experience at its Midtown Athletic Club location in Palatine, Illinois. The role focuses on serving and assisting customers by taking orders, servicing and delivering orders, recommending food and drink options, and maintaining a safe and sanitary workspace. Associates work collaboratively with the food and beverage team and may have opportunities to learn about other areas of the business, including fitness, racquet sports, and spa. The team is expected to be on stage, on time, and ready to provide its best work. Associates anticipate problems and take preventive measures for members. The department may also host member events. The position requires weekend availability and closing-shift availability from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Midtown is considering full- and part-time availability, with 30 or more hours per week noted. Compensation is $16–$17, based on experience.
