About The Position

Midtown is seeking a friendly, driven Food and Beverage Associate to help deliver a high-quality restaurant experience. The associate serves and assists customers by taking, servicing, and delivering orders; suggesting food and drink options; and maintaining a safe, sanitary workspace. This customer-facing role emphasizes hospitality, positive social interactions, and collaboration across the food and beverage team. Associates may also support member events and can gain exposure to other areas of the business, including fitness, racquet sports, and spa. • Serve and deliver meals and smoothies to members.
• Clean and maintain a sanitary workspace.

• Build relationships with members and staff through social interaction and conversation.
• Suggest food and drink options to customers.
• Help support member events involving the food and beverage department.
• Anticipate potential problems and take preventative measures for members.
