About The Position

Midtown is seeking a friendly, driven Food and Beverage Associate to support its restaurant experience. The associate serves and assists customers by taking, servicing, and delivering orders; recommending meals and drinks; handling payments; and maintaining a safe, sanitary workspace. The role emphasizes hospitality, kindness, optimism, listening to feedback, and building relationships with members and staff. Food and beverage associates may support member events and are expected to be on time, prepared, and proactive in preventing problems. The position also offers opportunities to learn about other areas of the business, including fitness, racquet sports, and spa. Other duties may be assigned as necessary for department operations.
