About The Position

Under general supervision, performs customer service work in the Food and Beverage department at the Cocoa Beach Country Club and clubhouse. Provide beverage service to members and guests in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. This is a part-time position starting at a pay rate of $14.00 per hour with tips. This position will require working weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Graduation from high school
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations preferred
• Must be physically able to operate a variety of automated office machines including typewriters, cash registers, calculators, etc.
• Must be able to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and or a negligible amount of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes and club preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and surfaces.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Process payments accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) System.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote club events and/or specials.
• Ensure compliance with state and local alcohol service laws.
• Assist with food and beverage orders for events and coordinate with staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
