About The Position

Crafty’s Food & Beverage Associate is the friendly, service-oriented face of its in-office Concierge pantry program, leading daily execution at a client site. The role supports product merchandising, inventory management and replenishment, and equipment management. It is a full-time, hourly position supporting a San Francisco client Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Associate owns the client’s office kitchens, pantries, and storage areas; maintains organized displays; checks expiration dates and rotates products; and performs routine machine maintenance and quality-control checks. Working with a manager, the Associate builds relationships with clients and onsite Crafty teammates, completes task lists and site paperwork, communicates or escalates location needs and safety concerns, and helps keep site guides and standard operating procedures current so shifts run consistently. The role suits an organized, observant, adaptable, and welcoming person who can work independently, communicate effectively, and contribute to a collaborative team. The Associate is expected to help train and support teammates and to meet goals for shift execution, quality control, and client satisfaction.
