About The Position
The FOH Supervisor supports the daily operation of the bar and restaurant in partnership with the Taps Manager. The role helps ensure the venue is prepared for service and operates efficiently, and is responsible for opening and closing duties, staff supervision, customer service, and maintaining accountability and operational standards when the manager is absent. This is a full-time seasonal position for returning staff for Winter 2026–2027. The wage range is $15.00 per hour plus tips. Applicants must be at least 21 years old. A background check and driver verification are not required.
Requirements
- ServeSafe training.
- English reading, writing, and communication skills.
- At least 2 years of general food and beverage experience.
- Able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours a day.
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Minimum age of 21.
Nice To Haves
- High school degree or equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of food and beverage supervisory experience preferred.
- Drink mixology experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, staff accountability, and adherence to established standards and procedures.
- Oversee opening preparations, completion of side work, end-of-shift reports, deposits, and overall readiness of the bar for service.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, beer, wine, and cocktails to support guests and staff.
- Plan and coordinate bar events, specials, entertainment, and promotions; maintain an organized schedule aligned with resort activities and minimize conflicts.
- Assist with training and developing front-of-house staff, maintaining operational standards, creating training materials, and providing leadership coverage during the manager’s scheduled days off.
