About The Position

Seasonal, full-time FOH Supervisor supporting the daily operation of the bar and restaurant in partnership with the Taps Manager. The role helps ensure the venue is prepared for service and operates efficiently, and is responsible for opening and closing duties, staff supervision, customer service, and maintaining accountability and operational standards when the manager is absent. The position is for returning staff only for Winter 2026–2027. Wage is $15.00 per hour plus tips. Minimum age is 21. No background check or driver verification is required.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21.
• ServeSafe training.
• English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Two years of general food and beverage experience required.
• Able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours a day.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.

Nice To Haves

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of food and beverage supervisory experience preferred.
• Drink mixology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, staff accountability, and adherence to established standards and procedures.
• Oversee opening preparations, side work completion, end-of-shift reports, deposits, and overall readiness of the bar for service.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, beer, wine, and cocktails to support guests and staff.
• Plan and coordinate bar events, specials, entertainment, and promotions, maintaining an organized schedule aligned with resort activities and minimizing conflicts.
• Assist with training and developing front-of-house staff, maintaining operational standards, creating training materials, and providing leadership coverage during the manager’s scheduled days off.
