About The Position

FOH Restaurant Staff work in front-of-house positions, including Cashier and Counter Server, Expeditor, Call in Order Coordinator, and Guest Services Ambassador. Team members provide backyard hospitality, prepare and coordinate food and orders, maintain food preparation and sanitation standards, and support teammates across multiple stations. Responsibilities

• Provide great backyard hospitality to guests.
• Work quickly and independently, and cross-train to work multiple stations.
• Follow recipes and procedures consistently and maintain food preparation and sanitation standards.
• Take initiative and help other team members.
• Arrive on time for each shift and accurately punch in and out.
• Complete hot and cold food preparation assignments neatly, accurately, and according to sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate to prepare takeout and catering orders in a timely manner.
• Monitor food levels on the line and communicate with the prep cook as appropriate.
• Consistently and thoroughly follow station checklists and cleaning lists.
• Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests.
