BHN OB Flow Controller Wednesday-Saturday
About The Position
This role provides customer service assistance to customers and manages incoming calls. The Flow Controller compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records. Responsibilities include setting daily delivery appointments, processing incoming deliveries and completed loads, and resolving shipping and/or receiving issues with internal staff. The position also involves filing paperwork daily, following Good Manufacturing Practices, and observing all company safety rules. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 3 months verifiable customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to effectively multi-task.
Responsibilities

- Set daily delivery appointments.
- Process incoming deliveries.
- Process completed loads.
- Resolve any issues with shipping and/or receiving with internal staff.
- Files paperwork daily.
- Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
- Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.
