About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking an Operations Team Lead for its Logistics Center in Wind Gap, Pennsylvania. The role is responsible for supporting smooth, efficient, and cost-effective daily operations and helping meet internal and external customer needs. The Team Lead provides hands-on leadership, supports productivity and operational excellence, and promotes a safe, high-quality, and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e-commerce operations.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage and optimize logistics operations.
• Ability to resolve workplace conflicts and manage team dynamics.
• Experience monitoring daily production goals and adjusting strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and frequently walk, carry, reach, stand, and stoop.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and provide constructive performance feedback to team members to support productivity, efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain accurate warehouse inventory.
• Develop and implement production schedules, allocating resources to complete job assignments on time.
• Monitor operational activities and prepare reports for designated personnel to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a point of contact for team members, escalate issues to the Supervisor when necessary, and promote open and inclusive communication.
