About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking an Operations Team Lead for its Logistics Center in Wind Gap, Pennsylvania. The role supports smooth, cost-effective daily operations and helps ensure the organization meets internal and external customer needs. The Team Lead guides team members, supports operational efficiency, and promotes safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The posting lists differing schedules: Sunday–Wednesday, 4:30 p.m.–3:00 a.m. in the role description, and Wednesday–Sunday, 4:00 p.m.–3:30 a.m. in the benefits section.

Requirements

At least 1–2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e-commerce operations.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage and optimize logistics operations.
Ability to resolve workplace conflicts and manage team dynamics.
Experience monitoring daily production goals and adjusting strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and frequently walk, carry, reach, stand, and stoop.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and constructive performance feedback to team members.
Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, merchandise organization, and accurate warehouse inventory.
Develop and implement production schedules, allocating resources to complete job assignments on time.
Monitor operational activities and prepare reports for designated personnel.
Serve as a point of contact for team members, escalate issues to the Supervisor when necessary, and promote open and inclusive communication.
Support productivity, efficiency, safety, and quality standards.
