About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking an Operations Team Lead for its Logistics Center in Wind Gap, Pennsylvania. The role supports smooth and cost-effective daily operations by leading team members, coordinating warehouse and shipment activities, and helping meet internal and external customer needs. The Team Lead promotes productivity, efficiency, safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e-commerce operations.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage and optimize logistics operations.
• Ability to resolve workplace conflicts and manage team dynamics.
• Experience monitoring daily production goals and adjusting strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and frequently walk, carry, reach, stand, and stoop.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and constructive performance feedback to team members.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, merchandise organization, and warehouse inventory accuracy.
• Develop and implement production schedules, allocating resources to complete job assignments on time.
• Monitor operational activity and prepare reports for designated personnel to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a point of contact for team members, escalate issues to the Supervisor when needed, and promote open and inclusive communication.
