About The Position

As a Floral Designer, you create floral arrangements that bring customers’ visions for romance, celebrations, and remembrance to life. The role involves applying knowledge of floral design, seasonality, perishability, and care requirements. You maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenish inventory, and arrange floral products and supplies. You may lift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs. and work with helium tanks and other floral tools. The position also involves engaging with customers to understand their needs and collaborating with fellow associates.

Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers, uncover their needs, and translate their ideas into arrangements.
• Ability to maintain clean, efficient workspaces and manage inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation and stand and move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to partner with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment.
