About The Position

As a Floral Designer, you create floral arrangements that bring customers’ visions for celebrations, romantic occasions, and remembrances to life. The role uses knowledge of floral design, seasonality, perishability, and care requirements. You maintain clean and organized workspaces and displays, replenish inventory, and arrange floral products and supplies. The work also involves lifting and moving items, sometimes up to 40 pounds, and using helium tanks and other floral tools. You engage with customers to understand their needs and turn their ideas into arrangements, while working with fellow associates to support a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and translate their ideas into arrangements.
• Ability to maintain clean, efficient workspaces and manage inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation and to stand and move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to work with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment.
