About The Position

As a Floral Designer, you create floral arrangements that reflect customers’ ideas and occasions, using knowledge of floral design, seasonality, perishability, and care requirements. The role also involves maintaining clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenishing inventory and supplies, and using floral tools and helium tanks. You will assist customers in identifying their needs and translating their ideas into arrangements, while working with other associates to support a positive team environment. The work involves standing and moving throughout the day and lifting or moving floral products and supplies, often up to 40 pounds.

Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with creativity and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and translate their ideas into arrangements.
• Ability to maintain clean, efficient workspaces and manage inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation and to stand and move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to partner with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment.
