About The Position

As a Floral Designer, you create floral arrangements that bring customers’ visions for celebrations, romance, and remembrance to life. The role calls for creativity and knowledge of floral seasonality, perishability, and care requirements. You maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenish inventory, and arrange flowers and supplies with attention to detail. The work also involves lifting and moving floral products and supplies, often weighing up to 40 pounds, and using helium tanks and other tools of the trade.

You engage with customers to understand their needs and translate their ideas into arrangements. You also work with fellow associates to support a positive team environment. Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with creativity and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.

• Ability to maintain clean, efficient workspaces and manage inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation and to stand and move throughout the day.
