About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Flooring Service Foreperson to supervise flooring service maintenance crews and perform repair and maintenance work on polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems. The role involves diagnosing floor issues and safety hazards, cleaning and disinfecting commercial, industrial, and retail properties, and complying with health and safety rules. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, professional integrity, communication and leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive. The position requires travel and overnight stays, and may involve work overnight, on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The employer offers an hourly rate of $20–$28, depending on experience, plus an hourly bonus program paid out by job.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnight, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.

Responsibilities
