About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Flooring Service Foreperson to supervise flooring service maintenance crews and repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems. The role involves diagnosing floor issues and safety hazards, cleaning and disinfecting commercial, industrial, and retail properties, following health and safety requirements, using equipment and materials properly, meeting production targets, and submitting hours promptly. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, professional integrity, communication and leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive. Travel and overnight stays are required.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.
• Initiative, self-motivation, professional integrity, excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive.

Responsibilities
