About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Flooring Service Foreperson to lead flooring service maintenance crews. The role involves repairing and maintaining polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems, diagnosing flooring issues and safety hazards, and cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting commercial, industrial, and retail properties. The foreperson must use equipment and materials properly, comply strictly with health and safety rules, meet production targets, and enter work hours promptly. Candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town and be able to work overnights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

• Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.
• Demonstrated initiative and self-starter qualities.
• High level of professional integrity.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong work ethic and competitive drive.

Responsibilities
