About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Flooring Service Foreperson to supervise flooring service maintenance crews and repair and maintain flooring systems. QuestMark provides polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for industrial, commercial, and retail spaces. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, professional integrity, excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive. Candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town and be able to work overnight, on weekends, and on holidays.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Must obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.
Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
Ability to work overnight, on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
Diagnose flooring issues and safety hazards.
Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
Comply strictly with health and safety rules and regulations.
Use equipment and materials properly.
Strive to meet and exceed production targets.
Input hours in a timely manner.
Supervise flooring service maintenance crews.
