About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Flooring Service Foreperson to supervise service maintenance crews and repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems. The role includes diagnosing floor issues and safety hazards, cleaning and disinfecting commercial, industrial, and retail properties, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, professional integrity, communication and leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive. The position requires travel and overnight stays, and may involve working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.
• Initiative, professional integrity, excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
• Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards.
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties.

• Use equipment and materials properly.

• Input hours in a timely manner.
