About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Flooring Foreperson to install polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter with professional integrity, and bring a strong work ethic and competitive drive. The role requires compliance with health and safety rules, proper use of equipment and materials, and a focus on meeting or exceeding production targets. Candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town, and be able to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Commercial flooring experience is preferred, but not stated as required.
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.
• Initiative, self-direction, professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive.
