About The Position

Western Dental Offices is hiring a Floor Supervisor RDA to supervise back office staff and support patient care and dental office operations. The role includes managing staff schedules, training, performance evaluations, hiring participation, and accountability. The supervisor partners with dentists to manage patients and ensure proper pre- and post-treatment instructions and patient satisfaction. The position also oversees patient flow, sterilization, compliance, inspections, dental supplies and inventory, and patient treatment records. The role promotes the Ultimate Patient Experience and includes participation in monthly operational meetings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise back office staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and accountability.
• Participate in hiring, selection, and retention of back office staff.
• Partner with dentists to manage patients, provide proper pre- and post-treatment instructions, and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Monitor patient flow by reviewing the sign-in sheet and appointment book and making necessary schedule adjustments.
• Ensure sterilization of the office and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Dental Board, and corporate policies and procedures.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly inspections.
• Maintain dental supplies and inventory, and stock supplies in operatories, restrooms, and the lab as needed.
• Maintain proper patient treatment records.
• Lead, inspire, and motivate back office staff.
• Participate in monthly operational meetings.
• Prioritize the Ultimate Patient Experience (UPE).
