About The Position

Floor Staff help create a welcoming and memorable theatre experience for Regal guests. Team Members may welcome guests, serve concessions, and keep auditoriums and other areas clean and ready. The position offers a starting wage of $12.50 per hour. No prior experience is required; Regal provides training. Flexible scheduling may suit students or people seeking supplemental income, and opportunities for career growth are available across Regal locations.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests, answer questions, and help create a positive experience throughout their visit.
Prepare and serve food and beverages while following food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
Keep work areas, auditoriums, restrooms, and common spaces clean, stocked, and organized.
Support guest flow, seating, and the overall theatre experience in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with opening, closing, and daily theatre operations as needed.
