About The Position

Floor Staff members help create an enjoyable theatre experience for guests from arrival through the end of the film. The role includes welcoming and assisting guests, serving concessions, and keeping the theatre clean and ready. Team members work across multiple areas in a fast-paced environment and may support opening, closing, and daily theatre operations. No prior experience is required; Regal provides training. The starting wage is $12.50 per hour.

No prior experience required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, provide a positive experience, and answer questions throughout their visit.
Prepare and serve food and beverages safely, following food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
Keep work areas clean, stocked, and organized, including auditoriums, restrooms, and common spaces.
Support guest flow and seating and contribute to the overall theatre experience.
Assist with opening, closing, and daily theatre operations as needed.
