About The Position

Regal Floor Staff help create a welcoming and memorable theatre experience by assisting guests, serving concessions, and keeping the theatre clean and ready. Team Members support guests throughout their visit and contribute to daily theatre operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No prior experience is required; Regal provides training. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth within Regal locations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide a positive experience, and answer questions throughout their visit.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages safely, following food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean, stocked, and organized, including auditoriums, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Support guest flow, seating, and the overall theatre experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily theatre operations as needed.
