About The Position

Regal is hiring seasonal Floor Staff to help create a positive theatre experience for guests. Team Members welcome and assist guests, serve concessions, and keep the theatre clean and ready for visitors. The role involves working across multiple areas in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and supporting daily theatre operations. No prior experience is required; Regal provides training. Employees must complete applicable training and certification programs, and meet age requirements for alcohol service when applicable. The position pays $17.00 per hour and offers flexible scheduling, including the possibility of part-time work.

Responsibilities

Assist guests and answer questions to create a welcoming, positive experience.
Prepare and serve food and beverages safely while following food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
Keep work areas clean, stocked, and organized, including auditoriums, restrooms, and common spaces.
Support guest flow, seating, and the overall theatre experience in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with opening, closing, and daily theatre operations as needed.
