About The Position

The Floor Lead maintains standard operating procedures at a STIIIZY retail store and helps ensure productivity and quality performance support the company’s long-term vision. This full-time role involves leading and developing team members, supporting smooth store operations, and helping provide an exceptional customer experience. The position pays $22.50 per hour. The Floor Lead helps maintain a collaborative, empowered team culture; coaches employees; supports onboarding and training; and serves as a liaison between receptionists or sales associates and managers. The role also supports inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, cash handling, customer issue resolution, visual merchandising, store safety and cleanliness, opening and closing procedures, and the administration and documentation of employee breaks. Open availability is preferred. The role requires availability to work two weekend days Friday through Sunday, as well as nights, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must reside in the state where the role is based and be authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma.
Two years of leadership experience in retail or hospitality.
Must be able to work two weekend days Friday through Sunday.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with inventory control to maintain accurate product counts, labeling, and product organization on the floor.
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Assist with onboarding new employees and provide ongoing training.
Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
Address customer concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle escalated issues professionally and efficiently.
Oversee visual merchandising and attractive product displays.
Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness standards for customers and staff.
Assist with store opening and closing protocols.
Maintain an upbeat and welcoming store environment and support a satisfying customer experience.
Administer and document employee breaks at appropriate times.
Serve as a liaison between receptionists and sales associates and managers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
