About The Position

The Floor Lead maintains standard operating procedures at a STIIIZY retail store and helps ensure productivity and quality performance meet the company’s goals. This full-time role provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, and operational support while promoting a positive team culture and an excellent customer experience. The Floor Lead serves as a liaison between receptionists and sales associates and managers. The position pays $22.50 per hour and requires the applicant to reside in the state where the role is based.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma.
• Two years of leadership experience in retail or hospitality.
• Must be able to work two weekend days, Friday through Sunday.
• Must reside in the state where the role is based.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding new employees and provide ongoing training.
• Oversee cash-handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
• Address customer concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle escalated issues professionally and efficiently.
• Oversee visual merchandising and product displays.
• Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with store opening and closing protocols.
• Maintain an upbeat store atmosphere, ensure front-line employees greet customers, and support customer satisfaction and return visits.
• Administer and document employee breaks at appropriate times.
• Serve as a liaison between receptionists and sales associates and managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
