About The Position

The Floor Lead maintains standard operating procedures at a STIIIZY retail store and helps ensure productivity and quality performance. This full-time role provides team leadership and supports store operations while advancing the company’s mission, vision, and goals. The position pays $23.50 per hour and requires the applicant to reside in the state where the role is based.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Two years of leadership experience in retail or hospitality.
• Must be able to work two weekend days, Friday through Sunday.
• Must reside in the state where the role is based.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; the company cannot sponsor employment visas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with onboarding and provide ongoing employee training.
• Oversee cash-handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
• Address customer concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle escalated issues professionally and efficiently.
• Oversee visual merchandising and product displays.
• Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness standards for customers and staff.
• Assist with store opening and closing protocols.
• Maintain an upbeat, welcoming store atmosphere and ensure customers are satisfied.
• Administer and document employee breaks at appropriate times.
• Serve as liaison between receptionists and sales associates and managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
