About The Position

The Floor Lead maintains standard operating procedures at the retail store and serves as an inspiring team member and leader, ensuring productivity and quality performance in support of the company’s long-term vision. The role promotes a healthy, collaborative team culture, supports employee development, and helps deliver excellent customer service and a seamless store experience. The position is full-time at $22.50 per hour. The role requires the applicant to reside in the state where the position is based and to be authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

Minimum age of 21.
High school diploma.
Two years of leadership experience in retail or hospitality.
Must be able to work two weekend days, Friday through Sunday.
Must reside in the state where the role is based.
Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods and to bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
Ability to spend prolonged periods standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer.

Responsibilities

Create and promote a healthy team culture in which employees can work autonomously toward common collaborative goals.

Help build a team that upholds and delivers the company’s mission, vision, and goals to employees and customers.
Guide staff in product knowledge, customer focus, and personalized service to maintain excellent customer service.
Ensure smooth and seamless store operations.
Collaborate with inventory control to maintain accurate product counts, labeling, and floor organization.
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Assist with onboarding and provide ongoing employee training.
Oversee cash handling and maintain accurate financial records.
Address customer concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle escalated issues professionally and efficiently.
Oversee visual merchandising and product displays.
Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness standards for customers and staff.
Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
Maintain an upbeat store atmosphere, ensure front-line employees greet customers, and promote customer satisfaction and return visits.
Administer and document employee breaks at appropriate times.
Serve as liaison between receptionists or sales associates and managers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
