About The Position

The Floor Lead supports the day-to-day running of the store and leads from the shop floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role helps drive service standards, sales, and operational excellence while fostering a positive, high-energy environment for the team. As a keyholder, the Floor Lead steps up as the on-duty leader when needed to ensure smooth store operations. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and leads by example.

Requirements

Experience in a retail environment, either on the shop floor or in operations.
Previous experience in a leadership or keyholder role.
Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering great experiences.
Confident communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
A commercial mindset and the ability to drive sales and add customer value.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead from the shop floor to deliver a warm, best-in-class customer experience.
Support daily store operations, including opening, closing, and keyholder duties.
Drive sales through product recommendations and team support.
Run team huddles, communicate daily priorities, and energize the team.
Coach and support team members to maintain high performance.
