About The Position

The Floor Houseperson is responsible for maintaining standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments in public spaces. This role involves handling guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, observing all safety and housekeeping procedures, and completing additional deep cleaning tasks as scheduled. The position also requires reporting maintenance deficiencies and ensuring the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.

Requirements

• Minimum one year cleaning experience.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hotel experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and services assigned public spaces according to franchise and hotel standards.
