About The Position

Morgan Properties is hiring a Floating Maintenance Technician for its 775-unit Preserve at Beckett Ridge community. The role performs hands-on property maintenance across a range of repair areas, responds to service tickets, and helps maintain the property while providing reliable service to residents. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with paid rotating on-call duties. The employee must have a personal vehicle and live within 30 minutes of the property. The position offers a base pay of $22.00–$26.00 per hour and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Additional compensation and benefits include up to a 50% rent discount, shared renewal commissions with property staff, a $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials stipend, $15 per day for rotating on-call duty, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, 10 paid holidays, and PTO and sick leave. Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Personal vehicle.
Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
At least 1 year of related maintenance experience, or equivalent training or education.
