About The Position
Peak Management is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support its Grand Rapids properties: Ramblewood, Beckwith Place, Hopson Flats, Ridges of Cascade, Oxford Place, and The Reserve at Oxford. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional, above-standard service to customers. The position requires participation in an on-call rotation and reliable transportation. Requirements
- Maintenance experience.
- Technical and HVAC understanding.
- Experience with electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
- Ability to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Ability to traverse properties with stairs and work in a variety of weather.
Nice To Haves
- Drywall and painting experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, above-standard service to customers across the supported properties.
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
- Perform maintenance work involving HVAC, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
