Floating Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Morgan Properties is hiring a Floating Maintenance Technician for its Preserve at Beckett Ridge, a 775-unit community. The technician handles day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances; responds to service tickets; and helps keep the property in top shape while providing residents with reliable service. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with paid rotating on-call duties. The role offers a base pay of $22.00–$26.00 per hour, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and a range of additional compensation and benefits. Requirements
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
- At least 1 year of related maintenance experience, or equivalent training/education.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification.
