About The Position
Peak Management is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support its Grand Rapids properties: Ramblewood, Beckwith Place, Hopson Flats, Ridges of Cascade, Oxford Place, and The Reserve at Oxford. The technician will provide exceptional, above-standard service to customers and perform maintenance work across the properties. The position requires participation in an on-call rotation and reliable transportation. Peak Management describes its compensation and benefits as competitive and includes a sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
- Ability to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Ability to traverse properties with stairs and work in a variety of weather conditions.
Nice To Haves
- Drywall and painting experience.
