The role has no supervisory responsibilities and requires compliance with applicable federal regulations and strict confidentiality of member information. The position requires a high school education or GED; community college coursework is desired. One to three years of similar or related experience is required, along with specified KFCU training. The employee must be able to use computers and office equipment accurately, communicate effectively, provide helpful member service, and sell credit union products and services. The work involves extensive desktop computer use in a normal office environment.
