About The Position

Goldenwest Credit Union is seeking a Financial Service Representative to assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs. The role is based at 769 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah 84102, and is full-time at 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–6:15 PM. Compensation is $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance, plus bonus and incentives.

• Prior retail or consumer lending experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Open new accounts.
• Process consumer loan applications.
• Pair credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Provide consistent member follow-up.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
