About The Position

Heights Finance, part of the Attain Finance family, is hiring a Financial Service Representative to deliver customer service and help customers access financial solutions. The role supports new and existing customers through the loan process, promotes financial products and services, and contributes to business growth and resolution of past-due accounts. The representative will complete hands-on training with one-on-one mentoring and follow applicable regulatory guidelines and company policies. The position is based at 1900 E. Victory Dr, #B-02, Savannah, GA 31404. It is full-time, generally Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with evenings and weekends based on business needs or peak seasons. The hourly pay range is $15.25–$21.75; the actual offer depends on factors including location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits starting on day one, with 401(k) participation and company match available 30 days after hire, beginning on the first of the month. Responsibilities

Provide outstanding support to new and existing customers and guide them through the loan process.
Use consultative sales techniques to explain financial products and services and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Manage inbound calls and make outbound calls to attract new business and promote offerings.
Work with customers on past-due accounts, offer solutions, and help resolve delinquencies.
Participate in hands-on training and one-on-one mentoring.
Follow regulatory guidelines and company policies to protect customer information and company assets.
