About The Position

The Temporary Floating Community Leasing Associate represents Fairfield to prospective residents across multiple communities in the Seattle, Washington region. The role combines sales, customer service, and marketing to support strong leasing results and create positive living experiences. The position is temporary and full-time, expected to last approximately three to six months, subject to change based on business needs. The schedule is primarily split between Ballinger Court Senior Affordable Apartments in Edmonds, Washington, and Alderwood Court Senior Affordable Apartments in Lynnwood, Washington; assignments may change based on business needs throughout the region.

The associate serves as a first point of contact for prospective residents and residents, showcases community features, closes leases, and supports resident retention. The role also includes managing lease files and system updates, using Yardi for leasing processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, updating social media, completing marketing tasks, monitoring local market conditions, and shopping competitors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
