About The Position

Fairfield is hiring a temporary, full-time Floating Community Leasing Associate to represent the company to prospective residents across multiple communities in the Seattle, Washington region. The position combines sales, customer service, and marketing to support leasing success and resident satisfaction. The assignment is expected to last approximately three to six months and may change based on business needs. The schedule will primarily be split between Ballinger Court Senior Affordable Apartments in Edmonds, Washington, and Alderwood Court Senior Affordable Apartments in Lynnwood, Washington, with assignments potentially changing across the region. The associate serves as a first point of contact for prospects and residents, showcases community features, supports lease conversion and resident retention, manages lease files and system updates, uses Yardi for leasing processes, helps ensure compliance with policies and regulations, updates social media, completes marketing tasks, monitors local market conditions, and shops competing properties.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

Leasing or real estate experience.
Experience using Yardi or similar property management software.
