About The Position

Berger Communities is hiring a Floating Service Technician to provide maintenance support across apartment communities in West Chester and Glenmoore, Pennsylvania; Wilmington, Delaware; and Bel Air, Maryland. The technician is generally assigned to one community for multiple weeks at a time before transitioning to another location as business needs require, rather than traveling among multiple properties each day. The role involves keeping apartment communities operating smoothly, preparing homes for move-in, maintaining shared spaces, and providing friendly, professional service to residents. Responsibilities

Handle service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings.
Prepare vacant homes for move-in.
