About The Position

Goodwin builds technology for companies that sell private charter flights. Its platform helps brokers send requests, compare aircraft options, and manage trips in one place. The Flight Coordinator supports the Guest Services team after a trip is confirmed, tracking live flights and confirming that essential details are in place before and during each trip. This is an entry point into live aviation operations, with an opportunity to develop a deep understanding of how trips run. The role focuses on visibility, communication, and precision: monitoring aircraft location and estimated arrival times, confirming crew readiness and day-of logistics, and reporting flight events and operational changes. The Flight Coordinator works across multiple systems and communication channels, follows established playbooks for disruptions, escalates situations when needed, and keeps trip records current. This is a remote role with a standardized pay rate of $25 per hour. Coverage follows aircraft movement seven days a week, including weekends and holidays; shifts are scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and midnight.

  • Clear and concise communication, especially in a team Slack environment.
