About The Position

The Flight Coordinator supports Goodwin’s Guest Services team by tracking active and upcoming private charter flights in real time and confirming that essential trip details are in place before and during each trip. The role provides visibility into aircraft location, crew readiness, estimated arrival times, and flight milestones, while helping ensure catering, ground transportation, and other day-of logistics are on track. It is an entry point into live aviation operations and offers the opportunity to build knowledge of the broader trip management process. This is a remote role supporting live flights seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. Shifts are scheduled within the stated coverage window, and the role has a standardized pay rate of $25 per hour. The posting gives two different coverage windows: shifts are scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m., and required availability is between 6:00 a.m. and midnight Eastern.
